This local preview is for reviewing the enquiry experience. Do not enter real personal information. Test submissions contain the name, contact, postcode, service and scope you enter, plus a receipt identifier, submission time and consent version.

Where test data goes

The local preview server stores test submissions on this device. It does not share them with providers, send emails, use analytics or load third-party trackers. Form values are not put into URLs.

Before live collection

The legal operator, privacy contact, recipient identities, purposes, retention period, access and correction process, hosting location and security controls must be confirmed in the live privacy notice. Until then, live enquiries remain disabled.

Test-data handling

The preview owner can review and remove fictional records from the local runtime directory. The directory is excluded from source control and deliverable archives. No production retention policy is asserted by this preview.
